Classes are scheduled for a 2hr duration, but in some case we may go over time.

We ask if you are unable to attend please contact Cake Deco Supplies 7days prior to class dates

All classes are non-refundable. We understand unfortunate circumstances may arise, we ask you notify Cake Deco Supplies as soon as possible and we can arrange a transfer to another of Cake Deco Supplies classes to the same value where availability pastis.

Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to minimum participants. Should this be the case Cake Deco Supplies will provide the option to joint another scheduled class to the same value. Should this class not suffice, Cake Deco Supplies with arrange for a Credit Note or a Full Refund.   

Butter Cream Perfection

Cost: $120.00

Duration: 3hrs

Date: Saturday 29th February 3-6pm OR Saturday 28th March 3-6pm

Take home your masterpiece to enjoy with your family and friends

Skill Level: Beginner

Learns & Wins:

• Learn how to cut, stack and fill a cake
• Learn how to make a Swiss Meringue Butter Cream
• Learn how to colour Swiss meringue butter cream
• Learn the techniques to cover your cake with butter cream, ensuring to get those nice smooth edges with a water colour effect
• Learn how to make Isomalt lollipops to decorate your masterpiece.

Enjoy the day with our very own Zarah Noriel from TheCakeAddiks taking you under her wing to guide you with her intensive knowledge and experience in Cake Decorating. She will  teach you how to make the perfect butter cream and teach you the techniques to create smooth and sharp edges.

Flawless Fondant Coverage with Stencilling

Duration: 4hrs

Date: Saturday 14th March 3-7pm

Skill Level: Beginner

Learns & Wins:

• Learn how to cut, stack and fill a cake
• Learn how to make a Ganache
• Learn the techniques to cover your cake with ganache, ensuring to get those since smooth edges
• Learn how to roll and cover your cake with Fondant, ensuring to maintain those sharp edges
• Learn how to use stencils to decorate your cake
• Learn how to make a Mythical flower to finish off your masterpiece

She will show you how to make that perfect Ganache and teach you the techniques to create smooth and sharp edges, which is crucial to having a flawless fondant coverage. Then create a flattering effect through Stencilling, learn the best tips and tricks on how this is applied.
