Compound chocolate in a tube can be used to add details directly into Chocolate Moulds before backfilling with chocolate or fabulous decorate cookies, cupcakes, cakes or cake pops or simply writing a message. Directions: Place tube in hot (not boiling) water to melt. IMPORTANT: DO NOT OVERHEAT. Turn and knead while heating to assure total melting. Snip off end of tube, and decorate.
