Santa Gnome Buttercream Christmas Cake Workshop – Beginner

This workshop is a great opportunity to be a part of. Understand how the importance of consistency and temperature in your frostings effects the outcome of your end results. Learn how to achieve Deep colours to your frostings without needing to add too much food colouring where this effects the taste to most frostings.

This Beginner Decorating workshop will be a jampacked session leaning Current Skills, NO More Triming Cakes and Crumb Coating, frosting your Cake in 20mins. 

You will receive our buttercream recipes to take with you and to top it off, receive 20% discount(T&C apply) to our store to purchase tools and ingredients on the day of your class.

Inclusion:

All utensils, Cake and ingredients will be provided.

  – Live Demonstration making our secret 20 minute Swiss Meringue Buttercream

  – Learn how to colour Swiss meringue buttercream.

  – Learn how to cut, stack and fill a cake. No more Crumb Coating and Triming Cakes.

  – Learn the techniques to cover your cake with buttercream, ensuring to get those nice smooth edges.

  – You will learn and craft a Cute Fondant Santa Gnome.

  – Piping Christmas Themed Buttercream decorations 

Please ensure you wear comfortable closed toe shoes.

Classes are scheduled for a 3hr duration, but in some case we may go over time. 

All classes are non-refundable within 2 weeks from class schedule date, where you decide to cancel the class. We understand unfortunate circumstances may arise, we ask you notify Cake Deco Supplies as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate a transfer to another of Cake Deco Supplies classes to the same value where available.

Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to minimum participants. Should this be the case Cake Deco Supplies will provide the option to joint another scheduled class to the same value. Should this class not suffice, Cake Deco Supplies with arrange for a Credit Note or a Full Refund.
