INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND BULKY ITEMS
We will pack and send out your order as quickly as possible.
Custom Personalised cake topper take 3-4 business days to manufacture. Postage and delivery times are in addition to this timeframe.
Cake Deco Supplies can not guarantee times and dates of deliveries once your package leaves our store. We use, Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT and Australia Post for our deliveries. Deliveries could take 1 – 6 business Day.
All online orders placed before 8am will be sent out on the same day excludes Weekends and Public Holidays.
Local pickup is available for customers in Melbourne, select “Local Pick up” at checkout. Please ensure you have received an email notification that your order is complete prior to coming to the store for collections. Orders placed before 8am will be available for collections on the same day, excludes Weekends and Public Holidays.
Promotional free shipping for all orders over $100.00 for 5kg under standard shipping. Express shipping will incur extra charges.
Bulky items and orders over 5kg will be exempt ,from free shipping.
Regional areas may incur additional postal / courier fees. This is determined by selected provider, we will always select the most cost effective service provider and we may be in contact should additional charges apply.
We offer Same Day Courier Service should you require an Urgent Delivery, please contact the store to arrange directly, extra charges will apply.
As per Australian Consumer Laws, Cake Deco Supplies will refund, replace or provide a store credit for the same value should the item be faulty or not suitable within One (1) month from purchase date. We are not required to provide a refund, exchange or a store credit for change of mind. However as an act of goodwill we will provide a store credit if the item is not used, not damaged and in its original packaging (excludes food items).
As we have no control once any food items (be it open or unopened) leaves our store, due to health reasons we will not accept refunds, exchange change of mind on any food items.
Cancelation or amendments to orders
Once you have selected and paid for your items, should you need to cancel or make changes to your order you must do the following:
• For orders placed after 6pm, please contact us the next day BEFORE 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Easter Daylight Savings Time.
• Orders placed by 9am, please contact us by 12pm on that same day Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Easter Daylight Savings Time.
We take the utmost care to ensure your selected items and packed securely. We can not be held responsible for your package whilst in transit. We may ask for an image and will contact you to discuss further.
It will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an item is faulty Cake Deco Supplies will cover these costs. To arrange return of faulty goods please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to send orders to international destinations however additional shipping charges will be applied. You will be contacted and advised of these charges and payment will be processed prior to your order being packed or its highly recommended that you organise your own couriers. Payments will be via Direct Bank Transfer and once cleared funds are received your order will be shipped.
Some of our items have dimension that attract additional postage charges. Check you purchase and shopping cart notes. We will contact you via the details provided to process payment for additional shipping charges. Bulky items will be shipped once the additional charge has been paid.
Your card expires as per dated noted on your card at sale. Gift cards are not refundable once purchased and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
