New Perfection strips, they come in a 6pce pack which includes 2 each of 2mm, 4mm, 6mm strips. These little beauties are great for cookie dough (use the 4mm and the 6mm) and the 2mm is great for rolling out consistently 2mm thick fondant. All you need to do is place the perfection strip on each side of your dough (or fondant)and place your rolling pin on top of the strips and simply roll away and get perfect results every time.
