Ready to roll Almond Flavoured Icing 750g
Pettinice ready-to-roll Icing is a smooth and resilient fondant icing. With easy handling properties, no cracking and subtle almond flavour, complements well over a Traditional Fruit Cake. The versatile icing holds its shape for covering cakes or cookies, or moulding figurines and toppers. However we do recommend adding Tylos / CMC Powder when making figurines and Toppers to help hold its current shape, once dried it will set hard. ( 250g Fondant to 1tsp of Tylos / CMC Powder)
The icing only needs to be kneaded lightly before rolling out to the desired size and thickness. We recommend adding a Little amount of Solite when kneading, dust on Cornflour and your ready to Roll. Use your Fondant Roll and Fondant Smoother to help smooth out your cake.
