Our Recipe 

1kg Cake mix, 3 x60g eggs, 270mls water, 140mls Vegetable Oil

Method: Blend Cake mix, eggs & water together on low speed for 1 minute.Scrape down, Add vegetable Oil blend on high for 2 minutes. Deposit into 20cm tin Bake at 160° C for 60 minutes.
