Delivery Timeframes
We will pack and send out your order as quickly as possible.
Custom Personalised cake topper take 3-4 business days to manufacture. Postage and delivery times are in addition to this timeframe.
Cake Deco Supplies can not guarantee times and dates of deliveries once your package leaves our store. We use, Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT and Australia Post for our deliveries. Deliveries could take 1 – 6 business Day.
All online orders placed before 8am will be sent out on the same day excludes Weekends and Public Holidays.
Local pickup is available for customers in Melbourne, select “Local Pick up” at checkout. Please ensure you have received an email notification that your order is complete prior to coming to the store for collections. Orders placed before 8am will be available for collections on the same day, excludes Weekends and Public Holidays.
Free Shipping:
"When Promotion is applicable"
Promotional free shipping for all orders over $250.00 T&C’s Apply for 5kg under standard shipping for Metro Capital Cities. Major Area’s and Rural shipping will incur extra charges. Express shipping will incur extra charges.
Free shipping is exempted from any other promotions occurring at the same time.
Bulky items are calculated on weight and Cubed Meter. Bulky Items and Orders above 5kg will be exempt from free shipping. Example items such as Cake Boards, Boxes, Styrofoam, Chocolates and Bulked Items may incur additional charges.
Regional / Country areas may incur additional postal / courier fees. This is determined by selected provider, we will always select the most cost-effective service provider and we may be in contact should additional charges apply.
Flat Rate Shipping
Promotional Flat Rate shipping applies for Metro Capital Cities (Zone 1) for under 5kg. Bulky items are calculated on weight and Cubed Meter. Major Area’s and Rural shipping will incur extra charges. Bulky Items and Orders above 5kg, Example items such as Cake Boards, Boxes, Styrofoam, Chocolates etc may incur additional charges.
Express Post
We understand that sometimes you may require your items sooner than standard shipping times. Please reach out to us at hello@cakedecosupplies.com.au by 11am and we can arrange to have your items express posted the same day. We will send through an invoice for the difference that you have already paid.
Shipping Carriers
We use a number of shipping carriers to send out parcels, with some carriers not delivering to Po Box’s and will require a physical address. Delivery times will vary from 2 -10days depending on the destination. Please note shipping cost have increased and we are unable to absorb this cost and will need to pass this on.
Urgent Deliveries
We offer Same Day Courier Service should you require an Urgent Delivery, please contact the store to arrange directly, extra charges will apply.
