Bakels Cake Mix – Utility Cake Mix
A decadent Vanilla Cake Mix with all the essential dry ingrediant jam packed into a 1kg bag for your easy convenience. Simply add the wet ingrediants as instructed, mix, bake and enjoy.
Method: Add Cake Mix, 4 Large Eggs, 420ml Water into mixing bowl. Beat on low for 1min till combined. Scrap down and beat on high speed for 5 Mintues. Cake mix will appear volumised and pale in colour.
Scrap into greased and linded 8”x3’(high) round tin ¾ full(allowing mix to rise). Bake at 170c for 70mintues or untill cake is baked. ( all ovens will vary in timing).
Tip: For an even bake you can line tin with baking paper that sits 4” high(sits above the height of tin). Gently cover with foil ontop. Crinkling edges to hold and sit as a lid.
Baking with foil will allow heat to flow evenly, baking a lighter consistency and rise in your cake.
1kg mix makes: 3x 6”x3”(high) round tins, 2 x 7”x3”(high) round tins. 40 x 408size cupcakes
