Rich Fruit Cake Mix
Bring in the Festive Cheer. Premix Fruit cake mix.
To 1kg of Mix add 300g Eggs, 180g Glace Cherries, 30g Glycerine, 1kg Sultanas, 300g Raisins, 200g Currants, 130g Mix peel, 500ml Water.
For best results: washing and draining sultanas/raisins/currants then blending with glacé cherries, mixed peel, glycerine and small quantity RUM. Place into a plastic bucket cover and leave overnight.
