Pettinice ready-to-roll Icing is a smooth and resilient fondant icing. With easy handling properties, no cracking and subtle vanilla flavour, the versatile icing dries matte and holds its shape for covering cakes or cookies, or moulding figurines and toppers. However we do recommend adding Tylose / CMC Powder when making figurines and Toppers to help hold its current shape, once dried it will set hard. ( 250g Fondant to 1tsp of Tylose / CMC Powder)
The icing only needs to be kneaded lightly before rolling out to the desired size and thickness. We recommend adding a little amount of Solite when kneading, dust on Cornflour and you're ready to Roll. Use your Fondant Roll and Fondant Smoother to help smooth out your cake.
